To begin the new year, we are reaching deep into our winery cellar with a special library offering exclusively for our Aperture members. Harvested from three uniquely expressive vintages, with an array of precise varietal composition, our cabernet sauvignon blends have garnered praise and recognition worldwide.
With just 100 sets available for purchase, including bottles from the 2015, 2016, and 2017 vintages as well as 1.5L editions of both our Bordeaux blend and cabernet sauvignon, we invite you to add this very limited collection demonstrating a unique sense of history to your cellar today. Due to the limited nature of this offering, we kindly ask that you not publicly share your personal allocation.
To accompany your purchase, on Wednesday, February 17th at 3pm winemaker Jesse Katz will personally guide you through these unique blends and special vintages via Zoom, discussing how time has evolved the wines and sharing with you his distinct winemaking process.
