A straightforward request to modify our use permit, which will allow us to see more of you – and frankly, keep this family business… well… in business – has turned into a 34-month saga that’s cost us north of a quarter-mil to date. In a nutshell, we’ve asked to increase our winery visitation and production limits, but were denied because of a few vocal neighbors who’re dead set against it.
Getting this modification is a make or break issue for us, so we’re pulling out all the stops and asking for your help. We’ve got a petition going to support the legacy of family-owned wineries like Caldwell Vineyard, and a heap of others in the process. This is a precedent-setting case.
