The Winners
With over 130 entries this year, the competition was enough to make even the most seasoned writers and space travelers shake in their boots. In the end our judging panel chose three entries to publish on the back label of our 2013 Rocket Science wine. Congratulations to Perry Pinto from Illinois, and Scott B. The Contest
Come up with an idea and submit as many entries as you like. From the creative to the academic; to the totally “out there”, anything goes in 80 words or less. Our judging panel includes the Caldwell Vineyard team and a few other important people each year. One year, we had help from a real life astronaut! Finalists receive a case of Rocket Science,* sporting their winning label, and bragging rights as an honorary rocket scientist (at least in our eyes).
