INAUGURAL RELEASE 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve [clone 317] $150/btl
The inaugural (and possibly the only) bottling of a Reserve SB, this is one super special white wine. While our winemaker has sworn us to secrecy over the technical details that brought this nectar to life, suffice it to say that it is supremely delicious and a gateway to another more tropical realm of bacchanalian delights. Think crushed pineapple and peach nectar… think of the finest collection-worthy white Bordeaux… then add some complexity and verve and you’ll start to get the idea. Only made in vintages when the stars actually align. Only 65 cases to go around.

2019 Syrah Rosé JOY $75/btl
If you haven’t yet been indoctrinated into the world of pink wines, consider this your master’s course. A heady potion aged in 100% new French oak for five months, it drinks like a fine Champagne (sans bubbles). Delicious, sophisticated, full-palate pleasure. Unlike most producers who use the saignée method (of capturing and then fermenting the runoff juice from the production of a red wine), we “direct press” Syrah grapes harvested specifically to make JOY.
