Four Vines Winery-Zinfandel-Old Vine-Lodi-California-2014-14.o% Alcohol-$7.99-A nose of black cherry and heat, dark garnet in color.   A full bodied Zin blend, with blackcherry, blackberry, some spice but very distracting heat, my guess is 16% not 14%, not enjoyable.  Not sure what WS and WE were drinking.         WS-88           WE-91           CR-79           Good avoiding.

Nine North Wine Company-Parcel 41-Cabernet Sauvignon-Napa Valley-California-2013-13.8% Alcohol-$12.99-A nose of dark fruit and some spice, dark garnet in color.  A medium to full bodied red, with blackberry, plum, licorice and spice on finish.  A bit of bottle variation from one bottle to the next.          WE-87          CR-86         Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
