MATTER OF TASTE SAN FRANCISCO
Vérité Dinner + All Access Pass
March 2nd, 2018. 7 PM
Spruce
3640 Sacramento St
Experience a once-in- a-lifetime wine dinner featuring a dozen Vérité wines, including six wines awarded the coveted 100-points from Robert Parker Wine Advocate. This extraordinary event will be hosted by two generations of Vérité vignerons: Bordelais Chef de Cave Pierre Seillan and his daughter, next-generation winemaker Hélène Seillan. The two will be joined by Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Master of Wine, reviewer for Bordeaux, Napa Valley and Sonoma County and Robert Parker Wine Advocate’s Editor-in- Chief.
Guests will enjoy several vintages of the three Vérité wines including La Muse (Merlot), La Joie (Cabernet Sauvignon) and Le Désir (Cabernet Franc). Modeled after Pomerol, Pauillac and Saint-Émilion, these are truly world-class wines crafted from Bordeaux varieties and pure expressions of Sonoma terroir. Produced in minuscule quantities and difficult to find, tasting these wines is a rare opportunity not to be missed!
The wines have been masterfully paired with five courses by Mark Sullivan, Executive Chef and Partner at the Michelin-starred Spruce Restaurant. Guests will also receive an All Access Pass* to Matter of Taste San Francisco at the City Club San Francisco on Saturday, March 3rd. All Access Passes guarantee a seat at all Master Classes throughout the day and provide VIP early entry to the Walkabout Grand Tasting.
Seating for this incredible experience is extremely limited and seats are first come, first served. Don’t miss the opportunity to attend the most exciting wine dinner of the season. Reserve your seat today.
