As you may know, on Saturday, October 20th, we will be hosting Sylvie Cazes, owner and winemaker of the the esteemed Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé estate, Château Chauvin — as well as co-owner of Château Lynch-Bages and the former Director of Château Pichon Lalande, both in Pauillac — for a highly-anticipated in-store tasting at the Princeton Corkscrew. However, later that evening, we have something even more extraordinary planned!

Chef de Cuisine, Joe Mooney and I have designed every aspect of the evening’s tasting menu, crafting a four-course dinner that exquisitely showcases the renown wines of Château Chauvin. This is a unique opportunity to experience Sylvie’s stunning wines in a more intimate setting, alongside pairings from one of New Jersey’s best restaurants!
