Nury is a food collaboration between the husband and wife team Jonathan and Paola Adler, celebrating the food of Mexico. Jonathan has a background in food & wine, having cooked at some of the top restaurants in the country including Saison and Singlethread, where he currently works on the beverage team. Paola is from Tulancingo, Mexico and brings with her generations of cooking traditions passed down to her. Together they hope to delight the people of Sonoma County and beyond with their delicious food.
