We have announced the Fall 2012 and 2013 events. Tickets for Los Angeles will go on sale next week. The future events will go on sale later this Fall. In the meantime, mark your calendar and check your email box for more announcements.

Why is such a little grape such a Big Deal? Pinot noir is much more than a grape variety it’s an art form. No other grape can assume so many different and beautiful styles, which makes it the grape of choice for the most gifted, visionary winemakers. Spend your time at the Pinot Days Grand Festival experiencing how very different pinot noir can be when rendered by various artists’ hands, and from various regions and vineyards and clones.

NEW YORK, HERE WE COME! First off, we have added New York to the lineup. We were there in 2008, but found the Javits Center too corporate for our event. We have always believed we need to be in New York, however, we have had a difficult time finding the right place. Until now. We have discovered exactly what Pinot Days needs in the Big Apple; a smaller, more intimate space that generates energy. New York Pinot Days will be limited to 1,000 public attendees, so watch your inbox and act quickly.

MOVING UP IN CHICAGO. In Chicago, we will gather once again at Navy Pier, but this year we are moving upstairs to the Lakeview Terrace. For those who were with us our first year in Chicago, this is the room that is literally on Lake Michigan, one that offers a much warmer and more intimate environment. We felt the event needed a change of ambiance, moving up from the starkness of the Exhibit Hall; we polled our Chicago attendees, and they practically begged us to go back to the Terrace, and we were easily convinced. This move necessitates limiting consumer attendance to 1,000 attendees.

SO CAL IN THE FALL. As you can see from above, we have moved the Southern California event from January to November. We have also changed venues; the event will now be held at the historic and venerable Shrine Auditorium in Downtown L.A. There will be over 80 exhibitors and 2,000 attendees.
