VinePair recently put their blinders on to find out which Rioja wine tasted best.

Last month, the popular wine publication conducted a tasting in New York City that included both writers and readers alike.

Just about two hundred submissions of current vintages from around the region were collected and narrowed down based on national availability and staff selections. Then, the wines in each category were compared against each other. Blindly.
