WINE CLUB
After three large vintages, the 2015 vintage decided to play "small ball." Tiny yields gave us extra concentration in color and flavor at Keefer Ranch. The blend is comprised of 4 Pinot Noir clones/blocks: 777. Pommard.114 and clone 23. We utilized about 33% stem inclusion on the fermentation to add backbone and lift aromatics. The wine was aged in 40% new French oak and then bottled, un-fined, unfiltered. The 2015 vintage did not make it into a wine club shipment this year – so this is your opportunity to purchase before we move on to the 2016 vintages!
