Join Us at our Sonoma Tasting Room for a Special Evening of Wine, Food and Merriment!

On Saturday December 15th from 3pm to 7pm we will be debuting three new releases paired with creative and delectable appetizers from Sonoma’s Girl and The Fig Restaurant. This event is COMPLIMENTARY. Owner/Winemaker David Rossi will be on hand for this special evening to share these new wines and some holiday cheer. The pairings are amazing:

PAIRINGS

Sunchoke sformato, pomegranate, and cress paired with our

2016 On Point Christinna’s Cuvee Pinot Noir

Smoked duck breast, cranberry compote with sage paired with our

2016 Fulcrum Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

House made bresaola, ricotta, currant and red wine reduction paired with our

2016 Fulcrum Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

For dessert we will have custom Chocolate Truffles created by Wine Country Chocolates which have been crafted with our Fulcrum Anderson Valley Pinot Noir!
