Dinner in the Vineyards

Just before harvest there is a magical serenity in the vineyard! Susan and Duane Hoff invite you to experience the magic paired with a four-course meal and Fantesca wines as the sun starts to set over the vines.

You will start our evening with sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres in Fantesca’s candle-lit cave. From there, a walk down the trail to the deck overlooking the vineyards, and perhaps a refill and an awe inspiring sigh as you take in the views. You will dine under the stars among the vines. Cindy Pawlcyn’s wonderful team will prepare dinner. Cindy is the Chef/Owner of the landmark “Mustard’s”, “Cindy’s Backstreet”, and her newest Mediterranean themed restaurant, “Brassica”.
We hope you can join us as we raise our glasses and toast to new friendships and a bountiful 2011 harvest!
