Daou Vineyards-Petite Sirah-Paso Robles-California-2008-15.2% Alcohol-$19.99-A bold nose of dark fruit and spice, dark purple in color.   A full bodied bold PS, with blackberry, blueberry, cassis, dark chocolate and spice on long finish, it took hours in a decant to get there, was too harsh right out of the bottle.   Give it a long decant to enjoy wine at it’s best, still young.           NR           CR-90           Good with steak, chicken, pasta.           One Cork Bonus.
