Moet et Chandon-Cuvee Dom Perignon-Champagne-France-1995-$149.00-A nose of sweet citrus and bubbles, light straw in color.  A light to medium bodied Champagne,  with apple, light lemon, and minerals, good acidity.  Had for NYE, not a big bubbly drinker but this was good.                  RP-94                 WS-90                WE-93                CR-90                 Good with cheeses, salads. 

Bonterra Vineyards-Cabernet Sauvignon-Organic-Mendocino and Lake County-California-2008-$10.99-A nose of dark fruit and spice, dark purple in color.  A medium to full bodied Cab, black currants, blackberries, some herbs, some smoke, not as good as the 2006 but a easy drinker, very good QPR.              WS-81             WE-92             CR-87                 Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
