Bodegas Margon-Pricum-Valdemux-Prieto Picudo-Tierra De Leon-Spain-2007-14.2% Alcohol-$29.92-A nose of dark fruits and some funk, dark purple in color.  A medium to full bodied very very dry red, with blackberry, black cherry, coffee and licorice on finish.  At first opening the wine is way to dry to drink, opened up after a couple hours, was different, but for price expected more, WE rating  was closer than RP, have with food.  Add this varietal to the run to the century club.        RP-94          WE-85          CR-87          Good with meats, chicken, pasta.

Rocland Estate-Chocolate Box-Dark Chocolate-Shiraz-Barossa Valley-Australia-2010-14.5% Alcohol-$14.39-A nose of dark fruits and spice and heat, dark purple in color.  A full bodied fruit bomb, with blackberry, blueberry, currants, and of course chocolate and spice on finish.  A bit hot, first glass is enjoyable then 2nd glass is not as enjoyable.          WS-90          CR-87          Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
