Cohn Winery-Silver Label-Cabernet Sauvignon-North Coast-California-2010-14.3% Alcohol-$16.99-A nose of some funk and spice, medium garnet in color.  A medium to full bodied Cab, not sure if this was an off bottle, don’t think it was corked but just a mess, harsh, just nothing enjoyable.  Down the drain.          NR          CR-79          Good down the drain.

Veramonte-Cabernet Sauvignon-Colchagua Valley-Chile-2012-14.1% Alcohol-$8.81-A nose of dark fruits and spice, dark purple in color.  A medium to full bodied Cab, with blackberry, black cherry, plum, some herbs and spice on finish.  A great midweek wine, super QPR.           WS-89          CR-88          Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
