Recognized by Wine Spectator as one of the 50 "wine producers who innovated, perfected and led the international campaign for higher quality wine," he has designed and developed dozens of vineyards specling California, Oregon and Washington.
Bill Hill Expression creates its wines from several of Mr. Hill’s vineyards and is bringing selections to Fishtail’s dinner. Our four course prix-fixe menu has been specifically created for perfect pairing with these Expression spirits and Mr. Hill himself will be leading the evening, taking guests through
each course. It will surely be a night to remember!
