Fabrice’s Pouilly-Fuissé is stellar. The purity of fruit matched with his superior winemaking results in an elegant wine that will please almost any wine drinker at the table. On the nose, there are notes of white-fleshed fruit, toasted nuts and a hint of honeysuckle blossom. Clean, crisp and beautifully structured, with a superb balance of fruit and acidity, the Pouilly-Fuissé is a drinkable delight. Finding a white Burgundy of this quality at this price is nearly impossible.
