When we started doing AMA River Cruises back in 2022, we thought it would be a one and done. Little did we know that we would make such amazing, close connections along the way.
After the second, more unique itinerary (Istanbul, Serbia, Budapest…. oh my!) was an even bigger success, YOU, our travel buddies decided to take it up a notch on the exoticism scale by choosing the next voyage, which leads us to announce our AMA trip, experiencing the MEKONG DELTA in FEBRUARY of 2025!
We are so excited about this trip and have been hinting at it for a while, but the booking is now open for this special journey, and we invite you to join us.
The trip begins with 3 nights in Siem Reap Cambodia to explore the ancient temples of Angkor Wat, followed by a deluxe 7-night cruise down the Mekong River. It finishes with 2 nights in Vietnam’s bustling and historic Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon).
Along the way, overwhelm your senses with visits to remote villages, the beautiful Buddhist temples at Oudong, the silks of Oknhatey and the palaces and markets of Phnom Penh.
The program includes special dinners paired with Behrens Family wines on board the ship AmaDara, as well a tasting lecture conducted by Robin. Hotel and cruise accommodations, most meals and all sightseeing are included.
There is a $500 per couple ($250 per person) early booking discount for members of the Behrens Family Winery Mekong Group. Book and deposit by August 31st, 2023 if you would like to join us. A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to hold your space.
