For more than 20 years, Flowers Vineyard and Winery has created superior Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Join us at David Burke Kitchen on June 11 at 7 PM for a wine dinner featuring these spirits, paired with
hors d’oeuvres and a a four-course tasting menu
of the cuisine of Chef Chris Shea.
The menu includes butter-poached lobster and crisp sweetbreads, barbecue squab, grilled skirt steak and a selection of cheeses for dessert. Highlighted in the choice of wines for the evening will be single vineyard Camp Meeting Ridge Chardonnay and Sea View Ridge Vineyard
Pinot Noir as well as Flowers Perennial, a unique and captivating blend intended to drink much like a Pinot Noir with a broader fruit profile.
On hand will be wine maker David Keatley, who will guide you
through each selection.
Cost is $150 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
