Elegant and refined, the 2015 Viognier is easy to fall in love with. Floral and perfume aromas of lemon blossoms and jasmine greet your nose. White peaches, nectarines and fresh thyme add another layer. Delicate flavors comprised of white peaches, melon, lime zest and a hint of wet stone. A touch of unctuousness favorably coats the palate adding richness which is balanced by refreshing acidity on the finish. Enjoy a chilled bottle of this sought after varietal on its own or pair it with cheeses, Asian and Thai cuisines.
