Tatiarra Vineyard-Shiraz-Cambrian-Heathcote-Australia-2005-15.5% Alcohol-$45.55-A nose of dark fruit and some heat, dark purple in color. A full bodied Shiraz, with black cherry, cassis, some chocolate, but with enough heat that it was not in balance, disappointing that it was not up to the ratings. Moet et Chandon-Cuvee Dom Perignon-Champagne-France-1995-$149.00-A nose of sweet citrus and bubbles, light straw in color. A light to medium bodied Champagne, with apple, light lemon, and minerals, good acidity. Had for NYE, not a big bubbly drinker but this was good. RP-94 WS-90 WE-93 CR-90 Good with cheeses, salads.
