Orders placed by Monday, June 20 requesting Air Service will be shipped via FedEx Cold Chain refrigerated service for delivery the week of June 27. Only Ground orders to cool regions will also ship immediately; all other orders will be held for cooler weather in the fall or for your specific requested ship date.
The Vintage
Spring bud-break in Napa Valley arrived on schedule with Bordeaux varieties leafing the last week of March. Fortunately, the frost season was very mild with only a half-dozen threatening nights and a great deal of spring rain. The result was a vigorous start to the growing season, requiring diligent canopy management including shoot positioning, hedging and leaf removal. Flowering and set was complete by late May; June and July then brought very warm weather, followed by mild days in August and September. We harvested our valley floor vineyards between September 20 and October 10, followed by mountain vineyards between October 16 and October 27. While the later mountain picks weathered significant rain in early October, dry, warm days followed allowing the fruit to reach optimal ripeness. Wines from this vintage boast bold structure balanced by moderate body, reflecting the benefits of a healthy, extended growing season.

Since launching as our Next Generation project, UNITY has garnered great enthusiasm from sommeliers around the country, as well as generous praise from critics.
