Kosta Browne Wines-Pinot Noir-Santa Lucia Highlands-California-2011-14.5% Alcohol–$52.00-A nose of cherries and spice, medium amber in color.  A medium to full bodied Pinot, with currants, cherries, good acidity, dust and spice on finish.  I was a bit disappointed since only had Sonoma and Russian River Pinot’s from KB.           RP-91          WS-90           CR-89           Good with seafood, cheeses, salads.      

Daou Vineyards-Pessimist-Syrah- Zinfandel-Petite Sirah-Tannat-Grenache- Paso Robles-California-2014-15.2% Alcohol-$16.99-A nose of dark fruit and funk, dark purple in color.  A medium to full bodied kitchen sink red blend, with blackberry, cassis, chocolate and spice on finish, some heat, decant so funk blows off.          RP-90          CR-88          Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
