Edna Valley Vineyard-Paragon-Pinot Noir-Edna Valley-San Luis Obispo County-California-2008-$18.99-A nose of berry and spice, medium amber in color.  A medium bodied, smooth Pinot, black cherry and spice, a good QPR.               NR                  CR-88                 Good with seafood, chicken, cheeses.

Le Grand Maitre-Bordeaux-France-2007-$12.99-A nose of fruit and earth, medium ruby in color.  A medium bodied red, blackberry, earth, some spice, nothing complex, average at best.           NR              CR-84                  Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
