Chad Wine Co.-Cabernet Sauvignon-Red Hills-Lake County-California-2009-$17.00-A nose of cherry and some spice, medium amber in color.  A medium bodied Cab, with black cherry, crushed berries, some minerals, not very complex, average.   Chad makes a Better Pinot and Chardonnay.                   NR                 CR-85                Good with meats, chicken, pasta.

Polaner Selections-ExLibris-Cabernet Sauvignon-Columbia Valley-Washington State-2008-$18.00-A nose of dark fruits and spice, dark garnet in color.  A full  bodied dry Cab, with cassis, black cherry, and roasted meats, found it chucky and tannic, expected more, not great.                      NR                    CR-85                      Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
