Kosta Browne Wines-Pinot Noir-Russian River Valley-California-2007-14.2% Alcohol–$52.00-A nose of cherries and spice, medium amber in color.   A medium to full bodied Pinot, with black raspberry, black cherry,  some herbs and tea, with spice on finish, a very good Pinot, not as great as I expected for a KB wine.               WS-93            CR-90             Good with seafood, cheeses, salads.

Pessagno Winery-Chardonnay-Sleepy Hollow Vineyard-Santa Lucia Highlands-California-2008-14.8% Alcohol-$19.88-A nose of bright citrus and spice, golden yellow in color.  A full bodied and delicious Chardonnay,  with pineapple, apples, orange and buttery praline with a long spice finish.  Year in year out one of my favorite Chards.                    WE-89             CR-91              Good with seafood, cheeses, salads.
