Louis M. Martini Winery-Cabernet Sauvignon-Napa Valley-California-2007-14.6% Alcohol-$18.94-A nose of spicy dark fruits, dark purple in color.   A full bodied and smooth Cab, with black cherries, blackberries, currants, with a long smoky finish.   A great QPR, interesting that they produced with two different labels.           RP-91        WS-88         CR-90          Good with steak, chicken, pasta.




Fattoria La Lecciaia Di Pacini Mauro-Brunello Di Montalcino-Sangiovese-Tuscany-Italy-2003-13.5% Alcohol-$55.00 (magnum)-A nose of sweet dark fruit, dark garnet in color.   A smooth food friendly wine once decanted for a hour or so, with raspberry,  cherry, some tobacco with some spice on finish.        RP-91         WS-91          CR-90                 Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
