A medium to full bodied Pinot, with currants, cherries, some acidity, dust and spice on finish, Still a great wine but did not the bite that the bottle I had six months ago.  Drink now, just past peak.           WS-94           CR-91           Good with seafood, cheeses, salads.

Goldschmidt Vineyards-Royce-Red Blend-Alexander Valley-California-2009-14.2% Alcohol-$14.99-A nose of dark fruits and spice, dark garnet in color.   A medium to full bodied Cab with blackberries and cassis, finishes with a spicy and hints of vanilla, has some heat, but a good value.           NR           CR-88           Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
