Michael and David Phillips-Earthquake-Petite Sirah-Lodi-California-2008-15.5% Alcohol-$21.99-A huge nose of dark fruits and spice, dark black purple in color. A huge, full bodied PS, not for the faint of heart or Old World fans.   With blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries that finishes with a dark spicy chocolate and despite it’s big 15.5% alcohol level maintains the heat due to the bold fruit levels. Decant for a couple hours or hold for a few years.           WE-92           CR-90           Good with ribs, chicken, pasta.
