A good mouthfeel, currants, blackberry, good finish, drinks like a $25 Cab. Many Mendocino wines deliver very good value. NR CR-88 Good with chicken, pork, pasta.

A full bodied Cab, still early to drink, black cherry, currants, solid wine, give it a few years. NR CR-90 Good with steak, chicken, ribs.
Thumbprint Cellars-Schneider Vineyard-Cabernet Sauvignon-Alexander Valley-California-2006-$17.96-A nose of dark spicy fruit, deep crimson in color. Black currants, blueberry, dusty spice, good texture and mouth feel, a full bodied Cab that drinks like a $40-50 bottle. I visited their tasting room in Healdsburg a few years back , worth the trip. I have tried and reviewed their Chard, Pinot, Cab and Red Blend over the last year, all were very good, all have this interesting label. NR CR-90 Good with steak, chicken, pasta.

A smooth Cab, was a little disappointed that it did not have the fullness as previous vintages that I have had. Currants, spice, chocolate, oak is integrated, dry finish, a solid Cab just not great. WS-83 WE-93 CR-87 Good with steak, chicken, pasta.

A smooth medium to full bodied Cab, currants, blackberry, cola, a good but not great red, I did not find it as great as the major critics did. RP-90 WS-88 WE-92 CR-88 Good with steak, chicken, pasta.
