We are super pleased to have Vibrant Rioja host a “Rioja Crawl” on Saturday night of the upcoming conference. After dinner, pick up your Rioja Crawl map and hit five participating Charlottesville establishments, all within walking distance of the Omni hotel, for a complimentary glass of Rioja, some tasty bites to match, and a chance to win a trip to Spain!

The Crawl starts just minutes away from the Omni at Orzo Kitchen & Wine Bar at Charlottesville’s beloved Main Street Market. Step right across the hall and mingle at stop two, Feast, a specialty gourmet market and restaurant for food and wine lovers. Continue your Rioja experience at stop number three, the seasonally inspired ZINC Restaurant and Bar, followed by a touch of southern hospitality just up the street at Maya Restaurant and Bar. Enjoy your final sip of Rioja (for this one evening, of course) at one of Charlottesville’s newcomer gems, Brookville Restaurant, where you can hand in your stamped Rioja Crawl map.

Four stamps automatically enter you for a chance to win vino, and all five stamps enter you to win a trip to Rioja! This event is not to be missed … and you can Tweet about your Vibrant Rioja Crawl experience to @RiojaWine with #riojabuzz, or share your tasting notes on their Facebook wall.

We at Zephyr Adventures, organizers of the conference, run our own Rioja bicycling tour. We can tell you the land is beautiful, the people are friendly, and the wine is delicious. In fact, we find Rioja to be one of the under-visited gems of the wine tourism world, well worth a visit – especially if you happen to win one for free by going on a Rioja Crawl!
