Join us for an amazing five course dinner in the wine cellar of Buona Sera in Red Bank, NJ on Thursday July 19th. Each course will feature a wine pairing from Faustini Wines. Seating is limited so reserve your space early by calling (732) 530-5858

1st Course

Grilled Procuttio and goat cheese pesto sauce
Faustini – Beach House #34 – Sauvignon Blanc
Aged in 100% Stainless Steel, This wine has explosive aromas and crisp citrus flavors. The long finish of this wine is a surprising treat that continues to remind you of your favorite summer.

2nd Course

Angels on the hornback, shrimp fried with pasta in a spicy chipotle sauce
Faustini – “Opportunity Collection” – Chardonnay
Made in the burgundy style, this wine presents old world wine making techniques with new world fruit

3rd Course

Shrimp and clam olio “cappelinni Whitey style”
Faustini – Secret Veil – Cabernet Sauvignon
A complex nose of dried fruits, and subtle toasty notes. Sweet blackberry jam, cherry pie filling, caramel and vanilla flavors dissolve on the finish into smoky-buttery opulence.

4th Course

Braised short rib over vegetable risotto with wild porcini mushrooms
Faustini – Cabernet Sauvignon (Limited)
A dense nose that is layered and concentrated with black fruits and rich, sweet oak. Intense and focused, highlighted by ripe blackberry, plum, dark chocolate and caramelized oak flavors. Full bodied and expansive, but still showing its youth due its restraint in the long finish.

5th Course

Mixed fresh fruit and cream fresco
Velvet & Vinyl – Sparkling – Brut
Traditionally made via methode champenoise. This incredible sparkling is a beautiful combination of both pinot noir and chardonnay. Citrus, pear and floral aromas along with a smooth finish
make a deliciously complex bubbly.
