From our temperature controlled warehouse, leading-edge packaging, and refrigerated trucking solutions, the end result is wine delivered in pristine condition, all with our Palate Guarantee™.
This is an incredibly simple program to take advantage of throughout the upcoming months.To enjoy our Warm Weather Shipping Guarantee, simply select the default delivery option at checkout and leave the rest to us.
As always with invino, you have many shipping choices and we subsidize the cost on each of them*. The default shipment will involve special packaging designed specifically to handle the journey to your doorstep. For a small additional fee, you may also choose FedEx refrigerated ground service. This service is available in the drop-down menu and will have the wine shipped across the country in a refrigerated truck for overnight arrival at a facility near you. Delivery takes place the next morning via the FedEx priority overnight network.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Our base service with special packaging only ships on certain days of the week. Our goal is to never have a box sit in a warehouse that is not temperature controlled over a weekend.
East Coast and Southeast: Ships every Thursday on refrigerated trucks for delivery the following Tuesday through Thursday. (Ice packs are added at a facility near you for the "last mile.") Order cutoffs are Tuesday afternoon for Thursday shipment.
Midwest and South through Texas: Ships on Mondays only for delivery on Friday.
Mountain States: Ships on Monday or Tuesday for delivery on Thursday or Friday.
Western States: Ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for delivery on Wednesday,Thursday, or Friday.
Northern California and Reno: Ships Monday through Thursday for delivery on Tuesday through Friday.
ESSENTIAL FOR PICKUP
Someone over the age of 21 MUST be able to sign for the shipment on the FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT to ensure pristine condition of the traveling wine. For your convenience, we encourage you to contact FedEx, UPS, etc. and have your wine delivered to the nearest carrier hub (FedEx, UPS, Kinkos), which will hold your wine for up to 5 days free of charge. Unfortunately, if the first delivery attempt is not successful, invino bears no responsibility for the condition of the shipment; but our primary goal is to deliver your wine in perfect condition from our headquarters to your door.
