Dear Lava Vine Family Members

Hello to all of our Lava Vine Family wine club members. We are gearing up for the Fall (October) shipment and will process cards October 1st or 2nd with shipments beginning October 12th, to cooler areas first.  The weather always plays a role on how fast we are able to get your wine to you, so please be patient, as we want your wine to arrive in perfect condition.  You will receive an email from UPS when your wine is shipped.

This is the time we ask for any updates to your account, mainly shipping address and credit card information or any other changes that may have occurred since the spring shipment. &n bsp;Address changes and exp dates may be emailed to me.  New credit card numbers should be called in and may be left on my secure voicemail if I am not available (707-942-9500 ext 6).  These early updates to your account make for a smooth delivery process.

We are also accepting additional orders for our wines at your 15% discount such as our Reisling, Dessert Wine (aka Port) which is now available, along with some of our Reserves.  Extra orders will be billed and shipped separately and we ask that a minimum of 3 bottles be ordered.

The tasting room will be sending out a newsletter at a later date but for our club members in the area, our Harvest Party will be held on October 17th.  Space is limited so please get your RSVP in as soon as possible. Thanks Jim
