The wines served this evening will be paired with four courses of Chef Phil Deffina’s cuisine, plus a wine reception with passed hors d’oeuvres. Guest speaker Larry Cox, representing Antinori, will take you on a tour of Italy, from Piedmont to Tuscany, with a side trip to Umbria. The dinner will culminate with a side-by-side tasting of Antinori Tignanello and Prunotto Barolo Bussia, to allow you to compare and contrast these exceptional wines. At the end of the dinner, each of the wines sampled will be available for purchase (and pick-up at a later date) at Fromagerie at a discounted Price.
