Our all-star lineup of wineries for Great Wines of Italy keeps on getting better, with 103 producers now scheduled to join us on Tuesday evening, February 23! Each winery will be pouring up to three of their top wines…that’s over 295 wines being poured in one single night; our largest Great Wines of Italy producer turnout to-date! Last year’s Great Wines of Italy was all about “The Vintage of a Lifetime,” 2010 Brunello di Montalcino” and we’ll have some new ones for you to taste through. I’m most excited about the U.S. premier of the 2010 Brunello Riservas, which I had a chance to taste with James Suckling in Italy back in September. I was blown away by the quality of these riservas! Be among the first in the U.S. to sample these wines, along with 13+ wines rated 98+ points, five of which are rated 100 points by James Suckling!
Returning to the state-of-the-art IAC Building in New York City, this one-of-a-kind wine tasting event gives you the unique opportunity to savor and discover some of Italy’s most sought-after wines from prestigious brands as well as chosen premium boutique wineries. All wines poured have been hand-selected by critic James Suckling for their quality and character and have received scores of 90 points or above.
