87% Zinfandel, 13% Petite Sirah
Sage and leather melt together on the nose of this wine, before it opens up on the palate with robust bursts of black cherry, plum, cinnamon, vanilla, with hints of tobacco. Great accompiantment with braised short ribs enjoyed with friends.
