Hello, Pinot Fans –

Lisa and I want to invite you to join us this Saturday to view an incredible, brand new film about the history of the Russian River Valley. The film, From Obscurity to Excellence: The Story of Grapes & Wine in The Russian River Valley is a dramatic and inspiring story told by grape growers and winemakers about how the area struggled and thrived as it grew from a foggy resort to a world-renowned producer of Pinot Noir. The project of Joe Nugent of Nugent Vineyards Inc., this film�s early reviews have been so enthusiastic that it has earned a first �big night� this Saturday, December 1st, at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, East Auditorium. Burt Williams and Davis Bynum will attend the 7PM showing, and Joe Rochioli will attend the 9PM. And of course the humble but illustrious man behind the movie, Joe Nugent, will be there f or the big night. The Guild of the Wells Fargo Center will be pouring Davis Bynum single vineyard Pinot and Chardonnay in the lobby beforehand, and we hope that you will join us there. Ring in the holiday season with pinot legends, and their stories? We can�t think of a better way.
