Vinas Chilenas Wine Club
A unique and exciting concept in wine tasting in Chile and also provide wine delivered to your door.
What are we doing?
Vinas Chilenas will be based in Santiago, Chile. It is a two part project consisting of a building location in Santiago housing up to six wine tasting rooms representing various regions of Chile. In addition to wine, we will partner with carefully selected local cafes and restaurants so tourists or locals can sip a glass of wine and enjoy some delicious tapas but more on that later.
The important and immediate part is the Vinas Chilenas Wine Club which is the subject of this request.
We want to bring the beautiful and diverse wines of Chile to your door every month. While the brick and mortar site will take time to locate and finance, the Wine Club is almost ready to get started…with your help.
We’ve worked on this for a while now and we have our web domain name and a shipper/fulfillment committed so we can ship to all legal States in the U.S. as well as parts of Asia and also Europe.
We’ve talked with many wineries and other individuals in the wine industry in Chile and received nothing but positive response for both aspects of Vinas Chilenas.

About the Club…
To our knowledge this is the ONLY Wine Club devoted exclusively to the wines of Chile and that fact should be beneficial as we move forward.
Membership: Monthly fees (3 levels to choose from)+ shipping As each package is shipped, members will receive an informative online newsletter describing who made the wine, what region the wine is from, what to look for in the wine, how to cellar the wine, and suggested foods to serve the wine with (as well as temperature settings for storage and service).
Membership Benefits:
Discounts on case orders at the online store.
Discounts on orders of 4 bottles minimum at the online store.
Discounts on single bottles purchased at Vinas Chilenas in Santiago.
Discounts on glass prices on premises at Vinas Chilenas in Santiago.
Discounts on food on premises at Vinas Chilenas in Santiago.
Free admission to Members Only events, and free or discounted admission to selected public events.
Referral memberships Members will receive a free gift for each referral who joins the Vinas Chilenas Wine Club.
Gift memberships Share the Chilean experience with a Wine Club membership. You can give as much as you wish – anywhere from 1 to 12 months.
Gift Cards You can also share the Chilean experience by sending a Vinas Chilenas Gift Card. Purchase for any amount you choose and we will send it directly to the recipient with your personal message inscribed. The cards can be redeemed for wine or accessories through our online store or in person at Vinas Chilenas, in Santiago, Chile.

In association with the wine club and Santiago location members will have access to the online store for wine accessories and a wide selection of Chilean wines.
What We Need:
Funds will go toward renting a small office space in Santiago, opening our bank account, and begin the dreaded process of the paperwork and permits necessary for any business.
We will also need computers and specialized software which will integrate the wine club with the brick and mortar location and other general office equipment, furniture, signage, utilities, as well as the website development.

Here’s how it works. Anyone contributing $25 or more in this current campaign will be eligible for the Phase II bonus which means in Phase II you’ll receive the next higher perk. For example, if you contribute $50 in this current campaign, you’ll receive the Phase II bonus. WHAT??
Should we fall short of our goal, all funds will be used toward fulfilling our start-up needs as listed above in addition to other financing we may acquire.
Why is this important?
The establishment of Vinas Chilenas and the Vinas Chilenas Wine Club will accomplish several goals.
We will provide employment and training to locals who may have an interest in the wine, service or hospitality industries.
We will be a venue for various local events from those focused on wine production and tasting to the arts and music. Our final location will determine the extent of the events, but weddings, parties, business functions and more are possibilities.
Many wineries are distant and/or off the "tourist trail" so Vinas Chilenas and the Wine Club will be an opportunity for direct exposure to a large population of locals and foreign wine lovers.
This will be a truly unique social gathering place in Santiago. In a comfortable atmosphere visitors can sample wines or sip a glass of their favorite while chatting with friends, enjoy displays by local artists, or listen to local musicians.
The Wine Club. This may be the single largest impact we will make as it will have an international reach and worldwide audience of consumers.
The Vinas Chilenas Wine Club will be dedicated to, but not limited to, the wineries participating in our Santiago location so we will be providing an avenue for Chilean wineries to enlighten the local and worldwide membership about the fine wines produced throughout Chile.
More than twenty years of experience as an adventure travel tour operator helped us identify this niche waiting to be filled in Chile, and provides the background and knowledge to do it successfully.
