Chardonnay or Chablis, produces complex aromas of nuts, butter, toast, and tastes that range from apple and lemon to peach and melon, and butter, nutty, creamy flavors.

Sauvignon Blanc or Sanceere, Pouilly-Fume and Fume Blanc, produces grassy, gooseberry, citrus aromas with flavors of grapefruit, limes, and kiwi.

Riesling,  produces floral, fruity and sweet aromas with flavors of honey, minerals, flowers and petrol.

Semillon, produces aromas of lemon, butterscotch with similar flavors depending on aging.

Chenin Blanc, produces aromas of straw, apples and honey with flavors from apple to apricots, honey and floral notes.
