Four Course Winemaker Dinner with Fulcrum!
This will be a memorable night of food and wine. Winemaker, David Rossi will be on hand to taste with you the 2008 vintage paired with some of the best cuisine at the Jersey shore.
We take over the restaurant on Wednesday June 30th to hold this exclusive event for The Wine Bar patrons and our New York and New Jersey members.
The Wine Bar is one of the newest and most exciting venues for wine and food at the Jersey shore. Known for it’s contemporary chic atmosphere, and creative menu, The Wine Bar has crafted a beautiful dining experience in Atlantic Highlands. Chef Brian Imbriale’s menu for the event is no less impressive:

As you can see, among the wines being served are our 2008 Tina Marie, Russian River Pinot which just received a 94 point review from Wine Enthusiast and our 2008 Gap’s Crown, Sonoma Coast Pinot that received a 95 point review. Great food, great wine, and a great group of Pinot lovers. It promises to be a wonderful event.
