Over the next few tastings, we’ll look into wines for bad times. There are hundreds of wines readily available that are not only reasonable but well worth buying. And by that I mean, not just passable, but that have real character; a wine that over the course of a meal and into the evening, will continue to reveal itself. We’ll taste examples that have been sourced using several buying strategies that get the best values.
