Schrader Cellars-Vieux-Os-Hell Hole Vineyard-Zinfandel-Old Vine-Napa Valley-California-2005-$41.49-A big nose of dark fruit and spice, blackish purple in color.  Blackberry, black cherries, pepper, spice,  a full bodied big boy even being five years old, with some heat still there, but I love a big ass Zin, so it fit that mold.  The bottle was very unique in it’s shape.             RP-88             WS-83            CR-4.5            Good with ribs, chicken, pasta.

Bradford Mountain Winery-Grist Vineyard-Syrah-Dry Creek Valley-California-2005-$19.88-A nose of dark fruit, dark amber in color.  A medium to full bodied Syrah, black berries, currants, some pepper, a little earthy, was good not great.               WS-88              WE-87            CR-4           Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
