Anam Cara Cellars-Nicholas Estate Reserve-Pinot Noir-Chehalem Mountains-Oregon-2006-$27.00-A nose of dark fruit and spice, dark amber in color, darker than most Pinot’s.  With blackberry, black cherry, medium to full bodied, smooth with smoke and cola and spice finish, a very good Pinot, consistent with last time tried.               RP-90              WS-91              WE-90               CR-90                Good with veal, chicken, pasta.

Odfjell Vineyards-Armador-Cabernet Sauvignon-Maipo Valley-Chile-2007-$8.98-A nose of roasted meat and dark fruit, dark purple in color.  A full bodied Cab, with blackberry, currants, just seemed disjointed, has a rough finish, ok for price.                  RP-86                WS-84                 WE-90                   CR-84                     Good with meats, chicken, pasta.
