Joel Gott Wines-Chardonnay-Unoaked-Monterey-Califronia-2009-$11.99-A nose of citrus an spice, golden yellow in color.  A medium to full bodied Chard, I enjoy an oak influence and was surprised this was this good without it.  With pineapple,  lemon, vanilla and spice and good acidity, an excellent value.                WE-90                 CR-89                    Good with seafood, cheeses, salads.

Bruce Wayne Winery-Briana’s Blend-Cabernet Sauvignon-Cabernet Franc-Napa Valley-California-2006-$14.97-A nose of dark fruit and heat, dark purple in color.  A disappointment since I have enjoyed this wineries other blends, disjointed, tannic, no enjoyable fruit, used for cooking wine.              NR                   CR-77                     Good not to drink more than a couple sips.
