In our continuous effort to provide you with the best wines, at the most competitive prices, and maintain our top-ranked customer service, I wanted to inform you about an exciting development regarding our shipping policy. I’m sure you’re aware that we offer ground shipping included on case purchases whenever we can, and do so on about 1/2 of the wines that we recommend. That can become confusing, and we’ve decided to make a major change in our policy.
On orders placed March 18th 2016 and forward, ground shipping will be Included on ALL 15-bottle cases, no matter which wines you choose to mix in your case. Combine that with our popular build-a-case program, and you can essentially say goodbye to shipping charges. If you don’t want 15 bottles, we offer the option of ordering as few, or as many bottles as you desire, and we can hold them while you build-a-case. If you order online, simply select "hold" during checkout. You still have the option to ship in any quantity you like, but these will be charged at the regular shipping costs, which are some of the lowest in the industry.
